The Company officials make a statement in connection with non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by the part of the employees in Tkibuli and forced suspension of coal-getting works. "Saknakhshiri GIG" LLC acts according to the Labour Law of Georgia and in full observance of the employment agreement concluded with the employee and the bylaws of the Company. The Company fulfills the assumed obligations and follows the labour conditions in compliance with the requirements of the law. It should be noted that no substantial claims of the employees were officially stated before commencement of the rallies, for which they were under obligation pursuant to the Labour Code.
