Former Minister of Foreign Affairsof Georgia Amb. Gela Bezhuashvili joins “Georgian Industrial Group” as a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors. Gela Bezhuashvili also served as Georgian Minister of Defense (2004), National Security Advisor to the President (2004-2005) and Director of Georgian Intelligence Service (2008-2014).
Amb. Bezhuashvili’s managerial skills and long-term working experience, his knowledge of modern management systems and his international profile and reputation will certainly increase the Company’s capacity and international outreach. Chairing the Board,Amb. Bezhuashvili will help the Company to improve management and human resource systems. He will be advising the management team on elaborating and implementing long- term business and development strategy.
